Stubborn: Firmly resolved or determined; resolute.

No he is not trying to get a sun tan. This was the protest demonstration in the backyard when I made the boys turn off the video games and sent them outside to play. I think he sprinkled the dirt on his arms and legs to make himself look more pitiful. I just ignored him and snuck a picture of him through the back window.
